Hi Briz,

I have Hashi's -- so I can't really address any of your Grave's specific issues -- but a couple of things come to mind:

First -- before starting LDN...did you benchmark where your antibodies levels were?

Also,  do you know what your selenium level is?

I've been fortunate to see my antibody levels dropping since I've been on LDN   They were never as high as yours however, so I don't know if that's significant or not. ??

The other thing that I do to target my antibody level is take extra selenium.  I had a test to see where my level was -- and while it was "within range" I considered it to be at the lower end of the range so I decided to supplement w/ 200mcg extra selenium daily.   I also understand that selenium helps the T4 to T3 conversion process and since that's an issue for me it's another reason for me to take the extra selenium.

Not sure if this helps you but do some research and see if selenium might be an issue for you.

Best wishes...

Jann
