We'll, stopping LDN did not help my hives--or rather, it helped them flare. I think I'll try returning to 3 mg every other day or maybe even every day.

Lolly, I do see noni cream advertised all over the 'net, in some cases specifically for eczema and rosacea.

Hi Yvonne,

How long did you stop LDN for?...I wonder too if I stop will everything flare back up again, I would hate for my eyes to go back to were they were before starting LDN..

I think I may order some, have to see what ingredients are in it first, as I am allergic to some things one is Lanolin which is in E45 cream. I use emulsifiers to moisten my skin and when it's in a flare I do have to use topical cream sparingly although that dries my skin up even more. I wish I could find something that actually worked.

Sorry your having such a problem with hives, that must be so annoying and irritating ,do you have it on your shins or all over? I must have had hives when I was first Diagnsed with GD and didn't realise, my shins were so bad I just thought I had a flare of eczema there even though i have never had it there before and would scratch like mad so... I know how uncomfortable it can be.

Not so itchy today Lolly but my skins sure is dry.

Lolly

Re: 6 months of LDN 1.5 mg

Hi Lolly,

This time I only stopped the LDN for three days (was taking it every other day as it was). The current problems definitely revved up--eczema and the itching, which is all over my torso and seems to keep moving to new areas further toward the extremities.

My eyes have stayed imporved even when I stoped for a month or so in Jan.-Feb. Here's hoping that this is a permanent remission for us both, even though yours were still closer to the hot phase.

Best wishes,
Nicole

Hi Ladies,

I was thinking about your eczema and remembered this website that I consult sometimes -- called "Diagnose Me".

http://www.diagnose-me.com/cond/C138573.html

It was a naturopath associated with this website that suggested that I investigate LDN.

This is what they say about LDN: http://www.diagnose-me.com/treat/T74565.html

Best wishes...

Jann
